The MTL Belt 2.0 is the next evolution of our modular load-bearing system—engineered for operational use, range work,
and demanding environments where performance and durability are non-negotiable.

At its core, a Tegris® composite liner delivers exceptional rigidity while keeping weight to a minimum.
This structural backbone is encased in a laser-cut Cordura® laminate shell, providing full MOLLE/PALS compatibility for mounting mission-critical gear.

A 25 mm AustriAlpin® COBRA® buckle secures the belt with proven reliability.
The dual-adjustable webbing design allows for a custom fit and makes the buckle easily replaceable
—whether for maintenance or modularity with alternative 25 mm buckles, including polymer or D-ring options.

Three-Piece System:
Each MTL Belt 2.0 comes as a complete package:

Shooter/Outer Belt
–1.75" (45mm) wide with a Tegris® core and MOLLE cutouts
EDC Inner Belt
– 1.5" (38mm) nylon webbing with G-hook closure and full loop Velcro interface
Non-Slip Liner
– Optional insert for standalone use when an inner belt is not feasible

Whether you run the system with the inner belt for full security, or with the non-slip liner for standalone wear,
the MTL Belt 2.0 adapts to your loadout and mission needs.
